Foundations is ideal for kids ages 9–12 who:
No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move!
Ages: U9–U12 (Typically 9–12 years old)
Class Length: 45–60 minutes
Frequency: 1–2x per week (based on enrollment)
